Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • For defective products, customers must provide photo/video proof.

Replacement

  • Replacement is provided only for defective items, subject to verification.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
