Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via WhatsApp, email, or phone.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across PAN India.


Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

Dhanaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in resolving shipment issues wherever possible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or phone numbers.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo or video proof for verification.


Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery provided items are unused and in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
