- Cash on Delivery
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered across India and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external delays.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns
Customers may request returns within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Defective Products
Replacements are provided only for defective items with valid proof.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent.
Intellectual Property
All content on dhanaya.com including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Dhanaya and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Dhanaya shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product usage or website access. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

RETURN & REFUND PROTECTION POLICY
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:
- Product is unused
- Product is in original packaging
- Product is in resellable condition
Dhanaya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Mandatory Proof for Returns
To prevent misuse and ensure fair service, customers must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
- Photos showing product condition
- Invoice or order number
Returns without valid proof may be rejected.
Defective or Damaged Items
Replacement or refund is only applicable if:
- Customer reports issue within 3 days
- Valid photo or video evidence is submitted
- Damage is verified by our quality team
Used / Tampered Products
Returns will be rejected if:
- Product is used
- Product is damaged by customer
- Packaging is missing or altered
In such cases, product may be returned back to customer.
REFUND PROCESSING POLICY
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Prepaid order refunds are issued to original payment method.
- COD refunds are processed through bank transfer or UPI only.
Dhanaya is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PROTECTION POLICY
To maintain service quality and reduce fraudulent orders:
COD Confirmation
Customers may receive WhatsApp or call confirmation before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.
COD Order Rejection
Dhanaya reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious COD orders
- Limit COD availability for certain customers or pin codes
- Block COD access for repeated fake order attempts
Refusal of COD Orders
If customer refuses delivery without valid reason:
- Customer may be restricted from future COD orders
- Store may require prepaid payment for future purchases
SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY CLAUSE
Dhanaya works with third-party logistics partners.
We are not liable for:
- Courier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Transportation strikes
- Address errors provided by customer
However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video when opening the package.
Claims related to:
- Missing items
- Damaged products
- Wrong products
May be rejected without proper video proof.
(This clause alone reduces return fraud massively.)
CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT FRAUD POLICY
Dhanaya actively monitors fraudulent payment activity.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Share necessary transaction data with payment processors
- Challenge fraudulent chargebacks
Customers filing false disputes may be blocked from future purchases.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled by Dhanaya if:
- Product becomes unavailable
- Payment failure occurs
- Fraud or misuse is suspected
- Customer fails COD verification
Customers will receive refund if payment was successfully completed.
